Abstract: This paper presents the effect of Fe on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-9Mg-2.6Si alloy. The Fe addition in the Al-9Mg-2.6Si alloy can slightly increase the yield strength but decrease the elongation. With a much higher Fe addition around 1.6wt.%, the elongation of the alloy can still maintain a usable level of 5%. This alloy has shown a high tolerance on the Fe contamination.

摘要:本文介绍了Fe对Al-9Mg-2.6Si合金的显微组织和力学性能的影响。 Al-9Mg-2.6Si合金中的Fe的添加可以小幅度提高屈服强度, 但是伸长率会相应下降。 提高Fe含量到1.6wt.% 合金仍具有较高延展性(5%), 该合金对Fe污染具有较高容忍度。
