Abstract-With the rapid development of the network, problems concerning data security transmitted through the network and intellectual property rights also increase. Especially in case of messenger aiming at internal communication and transmitting data, its security is vulnerable and intellectual property rights have not been protected right. This thesis classifies and analyzes data security and security risk factors related to intellectual property rights by types under this messenger environment so that several methods can be presented based on the results from it to solve these security problems. This study also designs and realizes the encoded algorithm, such as DES, RSA and the file transmission system applied DRM in order to provide stable security levels.
